  • My wife decided to try this place out because she wanted to try somewhere else other than a Lens Crafters. The whole process of getting the glasses was fine, we decided to purchase their "warranty" coverage because our 15 year old son is pretty rough on his glasses. He broke them while camping and lost one of the "temples" of the glasses. According to what we were told when we purchased them this wouldn't be an issue to get them repaired. That was absolutely false. They just looked at the glasses and said they couldn't do anything without the missing temple. Don't believe their sales people, they're just trying to upsell to make more money. Looks like we have no other choice but to keep doing business with Lens Crafters, at least they stand behind their products.
