  • Normally when we are shopping at this particular Costco, we've been able to purchase our goods without issue on whose name is on the membership card. Not the case today. Very poor customer service to suddenly change this. Never had an issue before, must be a new cashier. Left without purchasing a thing and will not be renewing.
