This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with how roomie this place is. It's perfect for meeting up and chatting as you're far enough from other people to have privacy and not have to roll your eyes over hearing Homegirl-Across-The-Way's conversation. There were plenty of seats galore. But I guess I should talk more about the yogurt and not so much focus on the ambiance! PS-it was way too cold though-turn the AC down! ;) (& no I wasn't cold from eating the yogurt)
I went fruity and got mango and strawberry sorbet topped with lychee, mango, & strawberry pearls, which all looked like roe or fish eggs. I also added in some fresh strawberries and mochi pieces. My yogurt definitely was not runny as other reviews stated. I was way more into the add-ins than the actual yogurt to be frank. I guess the whole explosion of the pearls in mouth gave me that "ooooo!" factor. It definitely reminded me of those back-in-the-day candy where there was flavored liquid inside a wax tube that you would break and suck on. IDK maybe they still make that candy but I remember suckin' on those during my so long ago childhood days.
The place was pretty clean and super busy. So again another shocker considering what side of town its at. I don't really expect much action up in Sunrise Manor. lol
