  • Literally the worst service I have ever got from a Starbucks! Jen the main lady working was so mean. I was trying to reload a card with a egift and the lady told me very rudely that I had no clue what I was talking about and that Starbucks does not do egifts. I believe Jen should be educated on the facts of the place she works.
