  • Warning to everyone that has a JCP credit card. Without requesting a new card with a higher balance I was issued one anyway. As someone with perfect credit I have had the account set up that my balance every month was paid in full on auto-pay. Well, well, well the new card didn't do that. No notice in the mail or email that the bill hadn't been paid as I had set up. JCP attempted to charge me a late fee. They reversed the charge but I refuse to be screwed when it comes to my money. Closed my account and will never purchase anything from this corrupt company again.
