  • Worst experience EVER at this dealership. I'd been car shopping for weeks and this was by far the most terrible dealership that I came across in the valley. Our salesman, JIMMY ROBLES, was a slimy creep who "failed to mention" a lot of hidden fees and tried to rush us through the process in order to get more money. He wouldn't listen when we asked questions and he was nonstop interrupting and contradicting himself. And we only saw the car for a moment before beginning the buying process and when we asked to see it again we were told (over the course of 2.5 hours) that they were bringing the car around "right now". We had to walk from the whole deal over a ridiculous $400 fee for a wax spray that we weren't told about until the very end. It was a complete nightmare. Car buying isn't exactly like going to Disneyland, but it shouldn't be this torturous.
