  • You get what you pay for. They are one of the cheapest virtual office companies in the GTA, but very unreliable and unprofessional. Lots and lots of problems, including phones being transferred to the wrong extension on a regular basis (several times a week), mail being misplaced or lost, overcharging on monthly fees, and generally being understaffed. We subscribed to their virtual office package that included phone answering, mail delivery, and access to their meeting rooms. If they can't do a core aspect of their service offerings correctly, then what's the point? Avoid.
