| - I have booked with this salon only a few times due to the convenience of the location and the helpful, young receptionist at the front. However, this receptionist is no longer with the salon as I have found out and it has made a world of a difference. The first lady I encountered was I believe the owner, an older lady who was very had to understand, and I think she had a hard time understanding me. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if the special prices for massages were still available since that was what I had purchased last I was in, but if not it was no problem. The owner said "Well i guess I can do it for you if you want" as if she was doing me some kind of favor that I didn't even ask for. Then when I came in with a gift card a friend had given me to use for part of my massage, the owner told me there was nothing on the card, which I know for a fact there was because it was brand new, and would not let me use the balance. She continued to argue with me rather than try to keep business in her salon, and lost a customer with her persistent arguing. I don't know how their system works to keep track of gift cards, but they need a new one. Along with a new receptionist because the customer service really needs an upgrade. I will never come back due to the lack of respect and value of the customer they have in this place. Zero stars
