  • We got our AC serviced today with Pete. Normally, we cringe at the thought of an AC person coming out to service our unit. We don't typically get serviced annually. We opt for every other year or so because that's more in our budget. Pete was super honest, and he didn't try to pressure us into getting more work done. The issue with other AC companies is sometimes you get talked into all sorts of additional items, and if you are not knowledgeable about AC units, they take advantage. We will definitely use Pete and/or Falcon Appliance for future services. He was honest, friendly, and the price was wonderful too.
