We had the 7 course meal on New Years Eve and for $85/person i would say it was a bargain relative to other tasting menus we have had. I didn't give them 5 stars because the last 2 courses were not as good as we'd hoped: the fry bread served with braised oxtail was quite chewy and dry (come on, this is AZ!) and one of the desserts (a green tea trifle w/ chantilly cream) was so subtle, especially compared to the other dessert (a chocolate pave with peanut butter mousse) it could have used a little more sweetness.
I like the "omakase" style approach to the menu so absolutely worth taking folks who are more on the adventurous side.
