  • I called for cleaning of wood tile and carpet. I was quoted $423. When they got here the price was $1000+. I decided to have them do just the carpet which was on special for $99 for three rooms. Which ended up costing $153. I am trying to do the rest myself. As for the job, they didn't really try. They used something as a stain remover. And they applied it but sort of like spreading some ashes. So parts of the stain came out but just in places so now it looks like a lacey stain. The carpet is sticky today. I had to move the furniture,they didn't help. They got the solution all over the wood floors so they were slippery. They put down caution signs which were sopping wet when I picked them up. They kept saying how nice the carpet was after cleaning but it was wet and you cannot rely on this. Also they say that they don't add on things when you call but deodorizer is extra. Another thing they charge by area,in my tiny 1000 square foot home it was 7 areas. This place is a total scam. I would only call them if you want to be ripped off. I am sorry they came.
