I can see why this was Hilton Garden Inn Property of the Year in 2013 and a runner up last year. The service is better than every other HGI than I have stayed in - I am multi-year Diamond HHonors member.
The breakfast is the best - and most unique - of the HGI breakfasts. They don't take the typical "Sysco" food route. They have housemade french toast, corned beef hash and or course omelets made-to-order. Jose, the manger/server, is very attentive, accommodating and helpful. Each day, he remembers our previous requests and proactively delivered them. He tried to anticipate everyone's needs and prepared to-go coffees without anyone asking.
Kristal and Janelle in the evenings were friendly and helpful, recommending area restaurants.
The lobby is nicely decorated with the "new" HGi style.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
