  • The service at Toronto Kia on the Danforth far exceeds my expectation for car dealership service! I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from another dealership and switched to Toronto Kia when it opened up (both are about the same distance from my house) - and I have only taken my car there for all warranty and non-warranty service. Firstly, their pricing for non-warranty service is very reasonable! For example, to have my summer tires removed and have winter tires installed (or vice-versa) - if the tires are on rims, they charge only $29.00 to have all 4 tires switched..this is not $29.00 per tire, it's for all 4 tire! And, if you spend $200 or more and you need to leave your car for a day or more due to the time it takes to complete a service, this dealership will pay for your rental!! Secondly, they treat their customers with ultimate respect! If their technicians make a mistake (they are only human after all), this dealership takes responsibility and makes good. For example, recently I had my car towed to Toronto Kia because I had a flat tire. I told them up front that I would be willing to buy a new tire if needed. But the service desk insisted that they will inspect the tire and try to fix it first as that is less expensive. They thought they found the problem with the leak being caused by the tire being pinched by the rim. But a week later, that same tire went flat and I had to have car towed to them again (the soul doesn't come with a spare tire). They immediately said they will compensate me for my inconvenience. They inspected the tire again and now saw the rim was bent and had torn into the tire. They said they could repair the rim and the tire. But I said I wanted to replace the tire and rim and asked for a discount given that I had bring my car back. Understandably, they could not discount the retail price for the material (tire and rim) because they need to cover their cost and markup. But they gave me free labour and paid for my rental for the day! This is how they have operated for the entire 3 years that I have been going there! I love their service so much that I have told them, that I plan on bring my car to them for all my service needs forever into the future as long as they keep up this great service. And should I end up buying another brand car, I will still bring such car to this Kia service because of their great service! It's obvious, the brothers that own this dealership, are truly customer focused!! This is how all businesses should operate! And Bernard and Vik are the great customer service reps that provide such great service. The dealer ship owners empower them to make on the spot decisions to do the right thing to make things right for the customer!
