  • I was so excited to book a laser tag party for my son but it never worked out. It was the most bizarre experience. I dealt with a man named Josh. He is completely unprofessional and does not stand by his word. He told me had a date available and after I called back to make a deposit and learn more details about the party... he never returned my call. I waited a few days and called again to try and confirm/pay but once again nobody ever answered the phone or called back. After leaving 3 messages over a course of two weeks and also filling out a form -- I still never got a response and finally gave up. I had to tell my son the laser party was not going to work out. My 7yr old was pretty bummed. I have had several parties for my children at other party spots (Pump it Up, CrackerJax, Scottsdale Gymnastics, etc...) and have always been given excellent customer service. I do not know this for sure but I have a feeling the reason why Josh never called back or wanted to honor my party spot time is due to the fact that I only wanted to book an hour long party on a Sunday afternoon. He lists a special price on his website too and I bet he did not want to honor that either. He was also trying to push the weekday spots and Saturday spot before a major holiday. I have never posted a bad review on Yelp but felt is was necessary after this terrible experience.
