  • 3 stars for Dr. Lee. He spends time with you and really does seem to care about you. Although he got me mixed up with another patient. Had the wrong chart, which may have been his staff misplacing it. Office staff seemed to know but not correct him. So I did. Zero stars for office staff. Not professional at all, seems like everything they do is a bother to them. A lot of sitting in corner looking at phone and if they have to get up to assist doctor then you definitely feel like a burden. Office is closed for days, weeks at a time I have noticed already. Luckily I'm pretty healthy so not a huge deal to me. Try to call to make an appointment and you get a fax line over and over. Try to call in a payment, same thing. I spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting to be seen by dr. Another thirty waiting for staff to being in my prescriptions and lab orders. Ended up leaving without lab orders. Four days later still waiting for office to return my call so I can get those lab orders. Would be a great office if Dr. Lee had a entire new staff that cared at all. Off to find a new doctor that answers the phone.
