Booked a room for one night, Monday December 12th, as a friend and I were going to a concert at the amphitheater next door. Check in was easy and the room was as advertised and clean. We were booked in room 307. Went to get ice on the 3rd floor, no ice. 4th floor. No ice. 5th floor. No ice. Had to ask an employee to take us to the 12th floor before we finally found a working ice machine.
Room service was average. Check out was simple. However, I noticed about an hour after I arrived home that I had left some toiletries in the bathroom. I immediately called the hotel and was in the middle of giving my information to the front desk when the call was cut off. Called back again and the phone was never picked up. Called again today and was told that if there was anything found in my room it would have been put in lost and found. Asked the front desk woman, she said she hadn't heard from room service or the maids that anything had been located. Said she would call me back. I've never heard back from anyone.
Most importantly, included in what I left behind was a prescription for a controlled substance that would be worth money to sell. I'm very disappointed in my stay and will not go back to this hotel. A simple call back would be appropriate. I would imagine that all guest items left in rooms would be immediately put away and the guest contacted. None of this happened.
