  • We had an appointment with Kera Sales Rep, Marshall yesterday for a problem with our guest shower sliding door that has been driving me crazy for quite some time. I saw the Kera trucks in Summerlin City quite often, then looked on Yelp for reviews...which were quite good...so decided to finally call them. Marshall came out and looked at the problem door...he said "the least expensive way to solve your problem with the sliding doors and not being able to clean them...is to take off the knobs (which unscrewed from each side of the doors). Clean between them as often as necessary and then replace the knobs, being careful to not tighten them down too much, as to not break the glass." He also said, if you want to replace the doors...I can work up a quote for you. I was blown away! What an honest person! When need something major done, will certainly have Marshall back! Kathy T.
