  • This business suffers from the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I've gone rounds with trying to get insurance information straightened out, but person A can't see person B's email that has the information, and there is no note in my son's file with all the conversations we've had, and the quote I requested a month ago never goes further than "can you give me your insurance info again". I do not feel safe having a medical procedure performed by a company that can't streamline communication or tell me what a procedure is going to cost. But the space themed office is cool. So if you like space, and you plan on paying cash (both major national carriers I had were out of network), then go here. Otherwise be prepared for a lot of "I don't know, can you give me the information again that you've given other representatives of the company weeks ago". If the company is reading this, my let downs were specifically with Rosemary for not updating my info in the computer, and Bel for not sending me the revised quote with the aforementioned updated insurance info.
