  • My major issue is that property management teams can act like slum lords. I have had water damage/ mold from the neighbors apt that leaked into my wall going on for about two months now.. Still no idea when it will be fixed. Their accountant Lisa is unprofessional and on another level of rude... Consistent attitude if you don't work well with others and or communicate with others... Probably stay away from careers that involve communication with other humans would never deal with them as a owner or renter. Unless you just don't give a fuck. I will be moving out soon enough. To Dave because I don't know how to reply to your comment I have saved and documented all of the "rude" emails and for a major leak to happen in a neighbors apartment and leak into my bedroom for a MONTH destroy rugs and designer curtains. Not cool very slummy. Also the repair to the wall still hasn't happened I've had people come and give estimates and no actual repairs done. Who knows what is growing in the wall now... This started early to mid September And it's November 10th there's a reason your company has awful reviews. Thanks for your input though.
