I love to deal with local shops but not when the Owner is not trustworthy. We were double changed for work done due to a computer issue in the shop. The staff informed me that the Owner was the only one who could give me a refund on the double charge. After several promises by the staff to contact the owner and fix this, I requested a conversation with the Owner. At the appointed time, I called and he was unavailable. The store again called me and reassured me it was taken care of personally by the Owner. NOT!
It is now in the hands of our credit card company.
