| - My First time Experience at Optical Gallery Arizona was impeccable. I walked in and was greeted by super friendly staff. It looked and smelled super clean! I did my paper work (short and to the point paper work) sat and waited for my turn and I was shortly called back. (Very prompt, no one wants to sit and wait forever.) Did the eye test things before the Dr saw me. It looks like they have some newer technology than my old Dr at target does . Sat down after my testing and was shortly called back by the Dr. He was super thorough and very personable. I did my eye exam for glasses/contacts. He made sure of prescription after I questioned his prescription change. (ALL THIS TIME TARGET HAD ME WEARING STRONGER CONTACTS THEN I NEEDED IN ONE OF MY EYES. I guess that's what happens when you go to target.) He took his time and wasn't trying to rush me out the door like every other Dr. He checked my contacts after I said that it might be wrong, I got the same prescription, he went over it thoroughly with me, answered all my questions, he didn't just skip over questions like i have experienced in the past with other providers. He was very personable as well. Pretty AWESOME GUY. We bonded over yelp, I found him on here. I reviewed his page. He had some pretty awesome ratings and reviews. And then he had not so good ones, But he stood up for himself and his practice and for that reason is why I choose this practice. He stood up for his expertise, his product(his product and inventory is amazing, all kinds of styles, brands, budgets, makes it so hard to pick a frame) , and his Staff(super friendly and helpful). People just need to be more knowledgeable about their insurance and remember somethings are just out of the Drs and staffs hands. So after my eye exam with the dr we went out to his assistant and she took such amazing care of me. Answered every question from out of pocket cost,about all my benefits, she went over all the different lenses and was very knowledgeable in regards to product protection insurance out of pocket cost, what insurance benefits I could take more advantage of and she was an awesome fashionista making sure I looked stylish in my new glasses she was perfect. Well I couldn't find one because I was just so in love with these reybands I saw at another store and this store didn't HAVE IT!!! The awesome assistant OFFERED TO ORDER THEM FOR ME. What amazing customer service. She made sure I was happy with my glasses even if she had to order them in. Well let's just say I love this store and I will continue my care here. And I can't wait to get my glasses I will be back for my eye contact follow up. He gave me samples so I can make sure I like them before I order and purchase them. What an awesome guy! I will be definitely be sending everyone this way!
I checked out paid my bill scheduled a follow apt. The front office lady made sure she scheduled me around my busy work schedule at my convenience! Very helpful team from when you walk in to when you walk out. Good job you guys deserve more than 5 stars.
