| - It seems this new club is experiencing delusions of being sufficient. I have gone on busy nights after a major concert, and on slower nights when wanting to relax. Both have been lacking.
The bartenders aren't hired for their vast bar tending skills, but to look at. This, I can appreciate for what it is, as being cute is quite valued in the gay community. And, I am not a drinker. However, when a friend went to the bathroom, I was being nice and ordered a Manhattan, sweet. As I am sure you can imagine, antics ensued. It seems the better route to take here is beer or a highball.
I will have to go back in for lunch (which in their semiout of the way location, leaves questions of what they are aspiring to be,) before I judge it, but the menu did look to be your basic bar fare.
Pittsburgh is a hard market to open a club, and to have two GLBT clubs opened in the same stretch of the Strip brings the question of which will survive...longest.
