  • Arizona doesn't have any michelin star quality restaurants! Binkley's comes close but falls short!! The food was fantastic and I would rate it 9,5 out of 10!! Truly delicious and exciting.... Only small hiccup in my opinion was the lamb, it was not cooked consistently and a little bit of sauce would have paired well .... It was a bit dry! But the food was fantastic... The foie gras ranks among the best foie gras I have ever had and the risotto dish was nothing shy of genius!! The reataurant falls way short, however, on service.... The waiters (or were they secret service agents ... They all had ear pieces) were friendly but didnt do the food justice.... The lack of attention (we had to pour our own wine and ask for bread 4 times) .... And the lack of knowledge was disappointing!! Disappointing because the food truly was fantastic and deserved better!! All in all it was however a great experience and I will definitely go back when they move to mid town
