  • Dear Reviewers, After reading tons and tons of reviews about places I decided to go here since it had all nice and 5 star reviews. Their customer service is amazing but it doesn't make up for the lack of work on the client nails. I wasn't thrilled or joyed when getting my nails done here very stressed out and confused. I hardly get my nails done only did it twice in my whole life, so I decided to try out the gel manicure here. At first the lady was really kind and she asked what I wanted I showed her pictures of what I thought I would like just basically a reverse french manicure. The lady was really slow and it took 2 hours to do a regular gel manicure because she kept messing up and second guessing herself. It made me feel nervous and not wanting to be here. Once we were done it looked not really nice the lines were all curvy and sloppy which I thought lines on nails should be the basic thing to do. But the man at the counter was very kind to take off some of the cost of the nails. But then the very next day my nails had bubbles and tears in them I called right away and they told me they would fix it. Which they did and I'm grateful but still things like this shouldn't happen at such a nice and well reviewed place. I'm still keeping hope that maybe it was just an off day for them.
