Their process is pretty straightforward: a buy counter and sell counter. The seller receives 30% of the appraised value in cash or store credit of 50%. Once they purchase the clothes, it immediately gets ticketed and placed in the floor for sale. So if you're buying from here, make sure you dry clean it first!
