| - Oh AT&T...I've been a customer for over a decade, however this location is kind of sad. My first attempt as a walk-in since I was having trouble with my GPS and Wifi on my iPhone 6 had me leaving after waiting 20 minutes in the queue. It was busy, lots of customers with employees. However there were two employees that were tasking, it might have been the end of their shift, however I worked in retail and sometimes you stay a little late to help the customer. I was third in the virtual line and no one was helped while I was there for 20 minutes, so I gave up and left.
The plus side is there is always someone at the front checking people in, but come on, put a kiosk in for self check-in and put that person back on the floor helping people.
Even after that experience I went back, decided to upgrade my phone. It was not in stock and Johnny helped me. He placed the order and it was mostly painless my only concern, I asked if shipping it to my house would require a signature, he said he didn't think so...the look on his face was not reassuring. I said, well should we ship it to my work than? He said we could ship it to the store, my response: your wait times kinda suck...so we will see if I get my package tomorrow or have to deal with a hassle. Fingers crossed I have no issues.
Cell phone stores = necessary evils.
Tip: make an appointment online if you know you are heading there!
