  • ZERO STARS!!!! These people are a complete scam!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! They walk you through the process holding your hand every step of the way making sure everything is "perfect." About a month and a half later you get a set of car seats for $933.50 and they don't even fit, have unnecessary holes in them, don't come with the wrong installation directions and are poorly made. They look like a $100 set at best. They do NOT cut holes for the headrests or lumbar supports even though they assure you over the phone that they will. When you call to complain they don't answer and when they do, they deny everything they guaranteed. They tell you NO returns on custom orders which is everything they do. DO NOT send it back. They won't accept it and you will eat the shipping costs. Dispute with your creditor immediately and find a local seat maker to verify that you were given a bad deal. Have their professional opinion typed and attached to a business letterhead for that business and give it to your creditor. You will probably still lose, as I did. They are professional scammers and half of their business is setup around fighting disputes... They need to be shut down. I'm reporting them to everyone possible. I hope this saves at least one person from being fooled...
