  • Very disappointing. Went in with two already formatted PDF's on a flash drive to be plotted large format for posters. I work at an architecture firm where I could've plotted them myself in five minutes but because they are for personal, not work, I didn't want to misuse office equipment. When I walked in, I saw two employees at the back of the print department just standing around gabbing. When I asked if they could do the prints today, I was told they couldn't do same day printing. WTH?!? They were just standing around doing nothing and they couldn't be bothered to open a file and send it to the plotter? I left but was so annoyed, as I drove to the Office Depot two miles down the road, I called the manager at Staples to let them know what I experienced. I tried to relay to the manager what happened but she hung up on me. Needless to say, the woman at the Office Depot print department was much nicer and plotted the posters while I waited. I'll never go back to that Staples again. Office Depot earned my business.
