  • What a shame. The lady who is the owner is very nice and welcoming and offers you a drink while u wait for her RUDE staff to do your nails. 2 young asian girls are very rude and talk openly about you right in your face. I wish I knew her name so I could warn you not to have her do your nails!! She does a terrible job and when you ask her to fix something, she gets all huffy and has a really bad attitude and then tells the girl sitting next to her all about it. The two women owners are so nice, but their staff is going to ruin their business. Richmond Hill is very competitive for nail salons and something like this is bound to effect repeat business. I felt so uncomfortable after I left there that I will NEVER return! I spend a lot of money in these places and I am going to spend my money else ware!
