  • What a joke, Got an offer on my house. It was at least 20k under the value of the home. I realize they have to make a profit hence the low offer. What they dont tell you are the fees they charge until you get their offer. They charge more than a real estate agent. 7.5 percent. On top of that they charge you title insurance over 1200. The buyer is supposed to pay for that. I didnt even bother requesting an inspection. I'm sure they would have nickel and dimed me on every little item in order to lower their offer. If you have a house with zero upgrades and looking to get cash tomorrow this might be a good option. Otherwise it is a complete joke.
