DO NOT BUY FROM HERE If you want no hassle
We bought a used car here 2 1/2 weeks ago. Had a great buying experience and a service advisor would be calling to get new front tires, fix the sunroof and fix windshield. After a couple days, I realized we had bought the extended warrantee and we had no information on the warrantee. I've emailed a couple times and was told they sent info to service. I received a call to set up service when I said we were getting frustrated about this to set up appointment. Now that I'm here, they said the guy who set up appt is no longer here so they are trying to figure it out. Nobody seems to know I want the warrantee paperwork that states how to stay in warrantee guidelines to make sure warrantee is valid. Also, upon buying, they were going to find the door code. I still dont have that. Im sitting here at AutoNation now waiting for a new service person to figure out why he has no info about getting me a loaner vehicle (part of the deal) while they fix these things. Hope we get these things figured out. Upon purchase, we thought we would come back for another vehicle when we need but now I'm not so certain. Quite the hassle! I'll update when it's all figured out.
Update: Car is getting fixed. I have a loaner vehicle and I got the warranty papers I was asking for.
Update: Going to a 1 star. I called after a week of a loaner vehicle. They said "oh yeah, it's done and you can come pick up your vehicle and windshield can be fixed by mobile person and they will send bill to us". I asked again about door code. And service doesn't know how to get code. Service is asking sales again about code but he stated sales WONT pay for programming if they can't find code
So now we have sales who won't do what they said and Service can't do anything about it.
Another update: since they fixed the sunroof, my Sirius radio doesn't work at all. No signal. I've now called to leave a message and we will see what they say about that!
