  • I have been coming to B Nails and Spa for sometime already since it's close to my home and they do a decent job on pedicures. I recently decided to get my nails done and the service was decent as well up until today. We arrived and we were greeted and we did not wait that long to be tended to. The lady that sits at the desk all The way at the end by the bathrooms started to work on my nails and I explained to her what I wanted several times and I showed her pictures as samples. I wanted my nails painted as "ombré" and she did not do this. I also explained to her that my nails were lifting from the bottom. To sum things up y paid for a service that was not done correctly. She did not paint my nails the way i wanted When I told her she said to me oh well maybe next time. The fills on my nails look like they were done 2 weeks ago and the nails are still lifting. What an awful experience I was so upset I paid and walked out because the woman refused to address my concerns. What an awful way to treat returning customers.
