rev:text	Very unprofessional staff at the front counter. I have been here multiple times to file paperwork for my LLC and they have never managed to lo leave a good impression. The ladies behind the are rude EVERY time. It does not matter who is behind the counter. They are all RUDE. Don't bother asking questions because they will make and example of you so that the next person in line will think twice before asking a question. Recently, I filed for an address change only to later find that the address had not been completely changed when checking the AZ Corp Commission website. They had my business address different from my physical address which was also different from my mailing address. I knew I followed the instructions on the paperwork to a T, so I went down to the Corp Commission office to try to straighten it up. It was a nightmare! The lady behind the counter got more and more rude and upset that I was right! She told me I filled out the forms incorrectly but could not show me where it was incorrect. I even pointed out that the address they listed on the site was in an entirely different zip code from what I put on the form for my new address. In the end, I learned there is no winning with these people. They are right even when they are wrong. She charged me another $60 bucks to file paperwork that I had already filed. I ended up making a phone call to their call center was able to get helped by Allison who was phenomenal. She told me the form I initially filed was done correctly and she changed everything to the correct address for me. I wish I had been making phone calls all these years instead of going in person. Much easier process. They should put people like Allison on the front lines.
