The food is a bit expensive for strip mall pasta food, but it is restaurant quality food cooked with a wide variety of ingredients that you get to select yourself! The portions provided from this restaurant are good enough for a meal. And I have to say, no matter what odd combinations I found myself coming up with on my visits to this place, they would find a good way of cooking it up and making it taste great!
Additionally for those who have Caeliac disease they provide gluten-free pasta as well for not additional charge, and my friend said their glutenless pasta was great.
Overall, it's an interesting concept, but not one I could find myself driving out of the way for often. But if you're in the neighborhood and in the mood for pasta, it is a great treat.
