  • There are a couple of good nail people here, Lily and Cindy, I think. I am usually here about twice a month. I got the SNS gel on fingers and toes, had to ask for my cuticles to be cut, and after leaving noticed that the gel didn't even cover my nails on the sides. I went back in to ask them to redo it and was told by the condescending receptionist that they would not be redone because it had been almost two weeks. After I left, they called multiple times apologizing for the confusion and inviting me to come back in and have my nails redone. I doubt I will go back to this nail salon based on the way they handled this situation. They obviously don't appreciate regular business.
