rev:text	OK...ANOTHER American Home Shield referral to AM/PM Plumbing which was a huge joke!!! NOBODY, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY will screw us over! AM/PM sent some joker, Isaac out Su mb day, May 6th. Looked at water heater ssud REPLACE, and walked out AFTER I signed his paper proving he was here. Kid's NOT a licensed plumber. Today's Tuesday the 8th. We find out there's a $315 MODIFICATION fee "we" have to pay on a $400 water heater. F'ING JOKE!!! I called AM/PM speak to thee rudest female I've EVER spoken to, named DEE-ANNA. She keot talking over me. I couldn't get her to answer my questions. I asked for HER boss. She tells me SHE is the boss!!! I "politely" let her know "I" am the customer. She SHOULD treat her customers with respect. WE are HER paycheck. She kept arguing with me. I hung up on her. I IMMEDIATELY called American Home Shield, asking them for ANOTHER company. I explained how AM/PM is"bs-ing" about these so-called "modifications" KNOWING THEY (AM/PM) will get paid our $315 since it was "classified" as a modification and American Home won't pay it. I said this place has a 2.0 rating out of 5. There are 104 TERRIBLE reviews. Put yourself in MY place...would you want a company like this doing YOUR repair work, AND charging you these unnecessary "modification" fees??? I had a real nice girl at American Home named Anne. She went above her duty. She told me I can get a charge back, but the Authorization Dept has to figure out how much money we get back, since AM/PM had already been to the house. Anne also told me we would have been better off paying out of pocket. . AM/PM, and their do-called "supervisor" Dee-Anna need to change their ways, or their attitudes and shenanigans will DEFINITELY put themselves OUT-OF-BUSINESS!!! If any of you read this, please go elsewhere. Also, ask to see anyone's PLUMBING CREDENTIALS who come from AM/PM. I can 90% GUARANTEE you the kid, Isaac, who came to the house Sunday was NOT a licensed plumber. He was a "grunt" somebody's long-lost apprentice. In and Out in less than 15 minutes...that's pretty thorough, right?! AND, too chicken to tell me to my face he was going to tack on an additional $315 "modification" fee... .GO ELSEWHERE--YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID, LATER!!!
