  • I come here a lot, once or twice a week, sometimes more since I work so close. I have always had great service and the food is great, except today. Maybe the cashier was having an off day? They weren't as busy as they usually are, so I did 2 separate orders since my coworker wanted lunch as well, but she seemed irritated by it. Wasn't friendly at all, and when I asked for my cup for my drink again seemed irritated and gave me a small cup, I asked if this was what I paid for she looked at me and grabbed the medium cup & just sighed as if I was asking for too much. Coming from a customer service environment that alone is enough to get me to not go here. On top of that, she didn't even give me my chips that I paid for. $3.25 for chips and guac isn't cheap! Thanks Katherine for taking out your bad day on your customers :)
