  • Love - Hate. Too much of a good thing - can't quite put my finger on it. End of 1st quarter: Pizza 1 Chicago Pizza 1 I love the massive amount of cheese. If you don't like cheese, NOT for you, Glen Coco. Too much cheeeeeeese, not enough toppings - definitely possible. End of Half time: Pizza 3 Chicago Pizza 2 The crust is nice, reminds me of pot pie crust, definitely the MAIN difference between normal pizzas and Chicago deep dish. Basically pot pie loaded pizza. Love the ambiance and the wood ambiance. Was just in Raleigh N. Carolina and wood just makes restaurants cozy and feels at home. Final Score: Pizza: 5 Chicago Pizza 4. There's just too much competition out there for pizza. While Chicago pizza is definitely unique with the awesome pie crust and massive amounts of lovely bubbly cheese, I don't mind settling for a little less cheese, more variety toppings, at other high end restaurant pizza places.
