This supermarket is at least as good as any other supermarket I've been to in Toronto, and it's better than any other option between dusk and dawn since it's 24hours and is much better than Metro. Now, like other places in Toronto that are technically open 24 hours, this isn't like a big city supermarket where the peripherals (bakery, seafood, etc) are also open past 8:00pm. So if you want to do anything that requires talking to another human you have to come early because no humans work the graveyard shift here.
It's expensive, but not noticeably more so than Loblaws or Metro. The selection is limited, but not noticeably more so than other supermarkets in Toronto. The people here are unhelpful and more often in the way than helping you along yours, but Torontards are typically like that all over the city. So basically it's a pretty poor excuse for a grocery store, but it's in line with Toronto's "pay more, get less" motto.
