  • Terrible terrible tires and customer service. I bought 2 tires there 5 months ago. I put 20k on the tires. On the freeway, a strip of the whole tired..all the way around...a inch wide.. peeled off and almost exploded. I contacted them and they said it was a manufacturer defect and for me to take it up with the company that sold them the tire. However, i gave pep boys my money! Now they want to charge me 170 to replace that 1 tire, when originally i paid 220 for 2 tires lol. These guys are a mickey mouse tire shop. Stick to discount tire or big o tires...or someone that has the word "tire" in the name for your own safety and your families safety.
