rev:text	Was contacted by a representative to inform me that they were going to pick-up the arrangement & switch out with a new arrangement. The representative didn't sound happy when she spoke to me & abruptly hung-up on me. Arrangements finally arrived & it doesn't even look like the original arrangement. The driver even made a comment about it not looking the same. Needless to say if I need a florist I will not be using them. I had hoped that would have made it right for me. Sad...
