  • I thought I'd be the only one on here who will complain about the bossy employees, but I had the same problem! I came here with my sister with a Groupon for two 60-minute passes (which was $19). The girl at the front desk was really nice; she redeemed our Groupon and confirmed our waivers with no issues. Right away, my sister and I went to one of the main courts to jump. A worker supervising that court told us a few basic rules before we went on the trampolines. I thought he would leave us alone after that, but he came over to us twice more to keep bossing us around about MORE rules! We took a break and came back to the main court, and there was a new worker since they all rotate around the different areas. This guy was just as bad as the first one - way too overbearing about the rules. All they do is yell from across the court or constantly go up to you if you break some sort of rule. They were ruining the fun! I understand that they're there to supervise the court for safety and liability, but it would make more sense if a worker told me ALL of the rules before I went to jump, or if there was a huge sign that listed the rules so I wouldn't miss anything. The employees were just way too overbearing, bossy and persistent. Lay off a little! It also didn't help that adults were confined to one side of the court, so I was basically on one trampoline the whole time because there were so many people. Good thing I had a Groupon so I didn't waste too much money. I most likely won't return to this place.
