  • We were there 16 days from epoc and were very impressed. They are a new business and we've been back several times over the past few weeks and they seem to be going through the normal process of figuring out how to run a restaurant effectively -- ie manage demand, workload etc. So sometimes the food is inconsistant. If they can make sure their food quality stays good they will be the best BBQ in town. I recently had a competitor who used to be my favorite and I was wishing it was Toms instead !
