  • Pulling in & out of this place is only half the hassle. However if you love reading or spending countless wasted hours on facebook then this is the place for you; you'll have plenty of time to do so as you will more than likely be standing in line for fifteen to thirty minutes! And what awaits you at the end of your long & boring journey but an excessively rude staff- always! Not once in my four years here have I ever been greeted with a simple "hello" yet alone a smile. What's the matter guys, is your face going to crack & fall off if you partake in normal human facial expressions or activities. Seriously, the next time one of their lovely staff members slams a confusing sheet for customs ( I was sending a package to Japan for the first time) down on top of my package without a word & then just stands there silent after I say " I'm sorry I've never sent a package to another country before & am not sure what to do"- that's just bad customer service. Try hiring a younger staff whose hemorrhoids don't interfere with their manners.
