| - Went in today and was very disappointed. Near the front of the salon there is a tile missing (?), and clear packing tape is taped over & over & over it, not attractive. I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, was asked which one I wanted, I told her the classic pedicure, and was met with displeasure ... the woman, was a little "rough around the edges", not gentle or refined, kind of pushed my feet around & seemed annoyed, was a bit discourteous, the leg massage was hasty, not a massage at all, simply rubbed lotion on my legs. The callous treatment was hurried as well. She placed to warm wash cloths on my ankles, drained the water pan and then kind of pushed my feet around again, asking me to stretch my legs ... No massage chairs, so cannot adjust, step up to a bench area with pillows scattered around. As I looked around I noticed the salon needs some tlc. The Manicure was just as unpleasant. I am sorry I chose this salon to attend, was looking forward to a relaxing time & a little pampering. Not here. The young man who greeted me up front was very nice, offered me a water, reason for 2 stars, otherwise I would have given it one. There are other nail salons I have frequented that are soooo much better. Wanted to try Jeniza because it was convenient to my home. Won't be back here.
