  • This franchise manager is a lying/cheating SOB. Meineke needs to not let this idiot represent their brand. I went in for a basic oil change. Should take about 20 minutes or so with the 2 techs they had in the bays. The basic oil change also stated to check my tire pressure and fluid levels ect. A simple 23 point inspection After they pulled my truck in the bay for 3 minutes the manager pulled me into the bay to try and do the same old BS lines of "this needs to be done. And thats leaking. We can do it right now because you need to". I told him and the 2 other techs standing with us "no thanks I will have my dealership take care of all that. I just want an oil change for now'. Right then his attitude became even more hostile and said "fine whatever man. Wait inside and we will finish up". After walking back inside I waited no more then 2 minutes and they pulled my truck out of the bay and claimed they were done. They didnt even want to show me the dip stick so I had to pop my hood and check myself. You seriously think I believe you changed my oil when neither of your 2 techs got underneath my truck at any point of my visit? Its going to take at least 5 minutes to drain the oil, then another 5 to fill it back up. And as for that "23 point inspection", I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I was heading to Discount Tire right after to get fixed so my pressure was low but thought at least they will fill it up. Nope. The idiots didnt do that either. This place is horrible. I knew I should have turned around and walked out when I arrived a gentleman with a small honda civic was complaining on why it is taking over 30 minutes to change the oil in his car when he is the only person there. I have a truck that requires 2 additional quarts of oil than that persons honda would need. So you're telling me the honda civic takes longer to work on? B-S!!! You guys suck. Oh and when I called the customer service to explain my issue the women said, "Well thats a franchise store so we cant do anything about it. What do you want out of this?". I told her, "this theif is giving a bad name to the Meineke brand name so you should drop him and maybe give me a credit to try a different location without theifs and convicts". She said they cant. WOW. Poor customer service all the way around. Avoid this corrupt and unethical business at all costs.
