  • Courtney Kile - Unprofessional. After weeks, finally found a house. End of inspection period now she's saying unapproved loan price. It's her job to find price range for loan before we even go looking for house, now she's back tracking on us. Going to lose earnest $1000 and what I paid for inspector because SHE didn't get her #s straight. Very slow and unreliable process with her. Go somewhere else for your loan and save yourself the stress.
