  • Try to avoid dealing with the BUSINESS CENTER in TOLLESON .sell your car somewhere else! I had the worst experience with them. I sold my old car to them before purchasing a new car at a dealership in Scottsdale. I figured selling my Carmax would be a lot easier selling to them instead of a private party. Wrong. It was a complete nightmare selling my car to them. I gave them my car and did not get a check until over a week later (after already buying a new car) and had numerous voicemails every day ,while I was at work , with different associates telling me different things. When I spoke to the manager to explain my frustration that the business center team was all on different pages and made this process completely confusing , she said it's the customers job to read the forms before leaving and signing the car over. Car max should really invest in finding a team with better customer service for the business center because the sales team I interacted with were completely night and day with the business center. Shout out to Chad at Carmax at Tolleson. I just moved to Arizona from California and was looking to sell and buy a new car. He was so personable and very trustworthy during the whole process. I usually dread going to a dealership because I can't stand the shark dealership mentality and the games. Chad was very fair with the appraisal for the car I sold and helped me look at different cars in my budget. He was very knowledgeable on every single cwe looked at. Bottom line, he did gave me a great experience at Carmax and will def be recommending people to ask for HIM. Car sales needs more guys like him on the sales floor.
