  • I have been a customer here for many years. Over this time I have seen their prices go up and the quality go down. The death knell was when the owner admonished me for a trivial thing. I will never go back -- what ever happened to "the customer is always right?" I guess they are over-confident and don't care how they speak to their customers. There are many other dry cleaners in town....and I plan to go elsewhere.
