  • My wife and I wanted to share our gratitude to an individual that had gone above and beyond for us on a special issue. We searched for a florist near her place of employment in downtown Phoenix here in the Valley of the Sun and found Phoenix Flower Shops. After carrying out research on this company, we selected them to prepare and deliver a floral gift and a box of chocolates. Emily was the representative who kindly took our phone order. We confirmed that the order could be carried out the next day during a two to three hour midday window. Emily was very friendly and helpful in providing advice (via their website) to us for our order. After we selected the specific floral arrangement and an accompanying box of chocolates, Emily assured us that she'd keep us posted via email concerning our transaction and delivery confirmation of our gift to the recipient. True to her word, we first received an email confirming our order and delivery details. The next day, upon successful delivery of our gift to the recipient in downtown Phoenix, we received a delivery confirmation email. Shortly thereafter, our friend contacted us to express her thrill of receiving a beautiful floral arrangement and accompanying box of chocolates! Way to go Emily!!!! Thanks to Emily and Phoenix Flower Shops for taking care of this important gift for us!! Well done you guys! Hook 'Em!
